Yes, Chat GPT helped me create that image*. When I started these blogs, AI images weren’t even around, so I had to rely on my children to draw me something. Or I’d just take a photo of one of their toys.

But, since the technology is here now, let’s just lean in.

Introducing… Bob the Pig.

Here’s essentially the brief I was given for this story:

1. Bob lives on a farm with two human siblings: a girl called Lucinda and a boy called Danny.
2. There’s also a cat called Mintie and a dog called Chester.

Ok, so we have our characters.

But what would I write the story about?

And then as I heard my children arguing for about the 10^th time that day about wanting to play with the exact same toy (even though we have plenty of other toys lying around the house), I wondered if maybe I could write a story with a bit of a message attached.

So, here it is – Bob the Pig: The Banana Dilemma, where a pig and his friends have a go at teaching two siblings how to get along better and share.

I’d like to say that the story has made a difference in our house and there’s no longer any arguing…but time will tell…
